Technical and Advisory Visit (TAV)

A Technical and Advisory Visit (TAV) is a Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) program that provides micro-establishments with guidance on labor standards and productivity. Trained DOLE personnel conduct orientations and provide assistance to help small businesses with fewer than 10 employees improve their knowledge of labor laws, safety standards, and other programs to foster better workplace productivity and compliance.
