Single Entry Approach (SEnA)

The Single Entry Approach (SEnA) is a program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) that offers a speedy, impartial, and inexpensive means to resolve labor and employment disputes through a 30-day mandatory conciliation-mediation process facilitated by a Single Entry Assistance Desk Officer (SEADO). A Request for Assistance (RFA) may be filed onsite at any DOLE Office nearest the residence or online via www.arms.dole.gov.ph, ensuring accessible and amicable settlement of issues before they escalate into formal complaints.
