Workers' Association/Union/CBA Registration
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) registration for workers’ associations, labor unions, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) grants these organizations legal personality, allowing them to operate lawfully and represent their members. There are two primary types of registration: one for workers’ associations, which promote mutual aid and protection (excluding collective bargaining), and another for labor unions, which focus on collective bargaining and other legitimate labor purposes. Applications may be filed at any DOLE Office or submitted online through www.ours.dole.gov.ph, together with the required documents to establish compliance with legal requirements.
