Labor and Employment Education Services (LEES)
The Labor and Employment Education Services (LEES) is a comprehensive program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) that seeks to educate and empower both workers and employers by deepening their understanding of their respective rights, duties, and obligations under existing labor laws and regulations. Through various orientations, seminars, and information drives, LEES promotes awareness of labor standards, occupational safety and health, social protection, and dispute prevention mechanisms, thereby fostering a culture of compliance, productivity, and industrial harmony in the workplace.
