Family Welfare Program (FWP)

Family Welfare Program (FWP) is an initiative to promote worker well-being and productivity by implementing family-centered services in the workplace. It works through a Family Welfare Committee (FWC) within companies to provide services across ten dimensions, such as reproductive health, education, and gender sensitivity, thereby fostering better worker-management relations and improving the quality of life for employees and their families.
