DOLE Integrated Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program (DILEEP)

The DOLE Integrated Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program (DILEEP) helps reduce poverty and vulnerability among marginalized workers through two components: the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP), which provides grants for starting or improving small businesses, and the Emergency Employment Program (TUPAD), which offers short-term, community-based jobs to displaced or disadvantaged workers.
